Head of Accounting

Job Description : HEAD OF ACCOUNTING INDONESIA An excellent Head of Accounting job has just become available at a manufacturing and production company. In this job, you will be leading the finance team and responsible for all matters within finance, accounting and finance operation of the business and other ad hoc issues. This is a critical role within the finance/accounting division reporting directly to the local CFO. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to join the finance team of a multinational company. Lead the company finance operations, covering general accounting, finance and taxes Cash management/pooling, bank guarantee, loan management, FX/hedging and tax planning for multiple entities Oversee daily accounting operation, monthly and year-end financial reporting/closing processes to ensure timely, high quality, efficient execution and compliance to key internal control and group rules Perform quarterly DTA calculations Act as a business partner for other finance functions, human resource department, accounting shared services abroad and corporate treasury Corporate tax and customs Liaise with external parties, such as financial institution, tax consultant and external auditor Manage and mentor finance operations team to step up their competencies and capabilities Perform individually or in the team any ad hoc or company special projects related to finance Bachelor's (or above) degree in accounting or equivalent. CA, CPA, or CMA is preferred Previous experience in a Big 4 is a must Minimum of fifteen years' intensive experience as a Head Finance and Accounting in an MNC and matrix organisation with excellent financial acumen, and conversant with Indonesia tax regulation Readiness to commute between Jakarta and Cikarang Proficiency in English, written and verbally, Microsoft Excel, SAP system and Hyperion
