Key Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * 15–20 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. * In-depth technical knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling, and quality control. * Proven experience in managing subcontractors, tracking project progress, ensuring safety and quality standards, budget management, and stakeholder coordination. * Proficiency in project management tools. 2. Senior Construction Manager – Fit-Out Works Looking for a Senior Construction Manager with a specialization in fit-out works. The role involves overseeing and coordinating all aspects of finishing works, with a strong focus on self-performed execution by the team.
