Job Description : HEAD ENGINEER Head Engineer – Water & CSD Plant ???? Location: Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo We are looking for a highly experienced hashtag#Mechanical hashtag#Engineer (15+ years)to lead hashtag#productionoperations in a hashtag#bottled hashtag#drinking water and hashtag#CSDplant. Key Responsibilities Oversee production processes – hashtag#RO, hashtag#filtration, hashtag#ozonation, hashtag#UV, hashtag#blowing, hashtag#filling, hashtag#labelling, hashtag#packaging, hashtag#conveyors. Manage utilities – hashtag#chillers, hashtag#compressors, hashtag#generators, hashtag#boilers, hashtag#coolingtowers, hashtag#CO? plants. Handle equipment design, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance & SOP creation. Supervise lab testing, equipment calibration, and team training. Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and safety compliance. Requirements Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 15 years’ experience in Water & CSD plants. Strong understanding of hashtag#electrical, hashtag#mechanical, and hashtag#pneumatic systems. Excellent English communication & leadership skills. Africanexperience preferred. Budget- 2400 to 2700 USD + 200 USD local allowance
