Job Description : GM NIGERIA r a manufacturing Company in Nigeria ! Required 20 years in the palm plantation with which minimum 4-5 years in handling similar role and size of the plantation. Someone who has handled minimum 10000 hectares of palm plantation.Job is to ensure efficient supervision of day-to-day activities and achieve overall performance of the plantation site. To ensure effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum yield. The role leads complete operations for the assigned site, which includes but is not limited to – Daily Operational Activity, Plantation, Maintenance Planning of Resources, Financial Prudence, Inventory Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain, and other support functions to achieve efficient yield objectives. To assess and plan for resources allocation and requirements for smooth plantation operations. To enforce all company policies and processes including safety, administration, production, quality, personnel etc.
