Job Description : COO INDONESIA CCM GROUP is one of the biggest holding companies in Indonesia that has established since 1984. Currently we are looking for an executive position: Chief Operating Officer for our subsidiary plantation company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation strategy, control, planning and implementation. This position will collaborate extensively with the financial team and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's operation strategy and finance. The candidate will possess a strong background in operation and management. He/ She will be responsible for the daily operations of a business. Minimum 20 Working Experience, and more than 10 years on managerial or above position (In Palm Oil Industry)
