Job Description : MEP QUANTITY SURVEYOR ABU DHABI UAE Assist the Commercial Manager in all matters related to the financial and contractual aspects of the project. Liaise with the operations team to ensure prompt submittal and completeness of Interim Monthly payment application while finalizing the payment certificates. Review, negotiate and preparation of Subcontractor’s Payment Certificates. Preparation of Final Account with all supporting documents. Liaise with the operations team to ensure prompt submittal of Variation Claims, discuss, negotiate and finalize with the Engineer, to obtain Variation Orders. Participate in all commercial meetings. Maintain and streamline all cost and quantity records. Assistance in preparation of EOT claims and all commercial related claims. Advice on contractual Matters related to Contract.
