Job Description : GM AL KHOBAR, KSA FOR AUTO A well-known established name in the Automotive industry. They are urgently looking to bring on board a General Manager for their Sales and Operation in the Eastern region. The challenge is to ensure achievement of sales volume, market share, and profit objectives according to the annual business plans by developing business through corporates across the Kingdom. Deliver on market share and create a sustainable business in Saudi. To make a step-change in the business the way it runs, the way the market is perceived, should not be bogged down by historical data but able to risk new avenues to deliver growth and a significant increase in market share. Every job has a unique differentiator in what it needs and what are the skills required to deliver to meet the agenda. Business Degree preferred. The incumbent needs to have a Can-Do attitude and enthusiasm to handle duties beyond their scope if required. Strong leadership, team management and influencing skills. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
