Job Description : Vice President - Speciality Chemicals Pharmaceutical Intermediates This Position will Provide leadership & Direction to the Fastest Growing Business by Creating & Driving Growth Plans. Responsibilities: • Drive Existing Business to Deliver/ Exceed Annual Business Plan. • Identify, Develop & Commercialise New Product/ Business Opportunities within Pharma. • Study Pipeline of Products getting Off-Patent Within Pharma Segment to Develop Mid-to-long Term Growth Strategy for the Company. • Enhance Customer Satisfaction levels by Driving a Customer-Focused Culture • Developing New Products/ Applications & Services in Conjunction with the Head R&D & Other Functions like Technology & Supply Chain to influence the Customers & Meet their Needs. Qualifications & Exp.: • A Chemical Engineering with MBA from Reputed Institute with about 20 years of experience. • 20+ years' Experience in Specialty Chemicals with Strong Exposure to Pharma Intermediates. • Strong Influencing Skills.
