Job Description : Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - FMCG / Commodity Business NIGERIA Responsibilities: • CEO/ Business Head Will Create Shareholder Value by Providing the leadership, Strategy & General Management Skills Necessary to Grow the Company into a Dominant Player. • Development & Implementation of a Strategic Business Plans to Advance the Company's Vision, Mission, Strategies & Objectives to Promote Revenue, Profitability & Growth. • The CEO / Business Head will Work & Coordinate with Management Teams Dedicated to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality & Regulatory & Marketing of World - Class Products & Services He Would Act as the Key face of the Company, Develop New Customers & Manage Existing Customer Develop Strategic Partnerships & ensure that Overall Revenue & Profit. • Targets / Goals Development & Review of the Company's Business Strategy & Execution of that Strategy to Obtain a leading Position in the Marketplace. • Ensure Revenue Growth is Achieved in a Responsible & Profitable Manner; both Organically & through Successful Completion of Mergers & Acquisitions. • Lead the Management Team to Address Consumer Needs, Develop / Nurture New / Existing Customers, Partnerships, Strategic Alliances & Other Market Opportunities. • Provide High-level Strategic & Tactical leadership to the Board & the Management Team. • Building a High Performance, Innovative Results - Driven Organisation. • Develop Performance Measurements & Ensure these Metrics are Achieved. • A Chemical Engr/PGDM Marketing with about 20--25 years of Experience in Any Food / FMCG / Commodity Based Industry.
