Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : COO DUBAI FOR RENEWABLE ENERGY a high energy, refined and driven leader, who will optimize the company operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: · Working together with the senior leadership team to compile the budget. · Identifying future opportunity and strategies · Driving and enhancing the company’s operating · Controlling company costs, and introducing tactical initiatives · Monitoring invoices, money handling procedures, accounting and bank processes. · Preparing timely and accurate financial performance reports. · Overseeing marketing initiatives and implementing better business practices. · Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants. · Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities. · Completing performance reviews · Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements. Key Experience and Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical Engineering) · Managerial experience for min. 10 years, and experience in business development · Experience in energy, sustainability & renewables industry · LEED Certification · Commissioning · Energy Modeling · Designs experience · Knowledge / certification in IMVP · IT, IOT · Working with International company
