Job Description : Regional Marketing Manager UAE and INDIA To lead all marketing executions in own subsidiary market across the Middle East and India with the local team, and with distributor partners across each market in the Middle East and Africa territory. Develop, maintain and implement the omni-channel marketing strategy for the brand MEAI to support achievement of commercial objectives Manage the marketing plan for each region Manage and ownership of marketing budget Review and approve marketing plans and budget with each distributor partner Oversee development of and implementation of support materials both internally and externally and ensure all comms are updated and accurate Lead brand equity campaigns as well as all campaigns for the 2 seasonal collections annually Ensure Marketing support to commercial department teams to deliver their objectives in line with the annual plan Ensure all brand marketing adheres to brand corporate identity and guidelines and vision Coach, develop and lead marketing team to deliver their goals across MEA & India. Marketing team includes India Marketing Manager, Regional Graphic designer, Regional Social Media executive and new planned roles Channel marketing management of online and retail strategies Review NPD pipeline for cosmetics and lead the project across global, partner and regulatory to launch new skus Supporting Merchandising team for trade launch of both collections each year Responsible for copy writing of English assets where required across business and manage any translations as required Developing and managing PR agencies in region and ensuring delivery of objectives and KPIs Management and review of social and digital agency plans to ensure effective ROIs Management of retail marketing and in store pos Plan and execution of events – PR, consumer, store opening to brand guidelines Forecast, manage production and delivery of all marketing support tools, for instore, consumer and event use Designing market research studies, and reviewing brand health and awareness measures Oversee retail roadmap and responsible for delivery of all marketing support for new doors Reporting monthly on plan and marketing budget ROI Recruit, interview, select onboard and develop any new team members as applicable Competencies & Qualificatons: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field 8-10 years’ experience of senior brand and/or marketing roles within retail Fashion, retail and wholesale experience required Strong analytical skills Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) An experienced creative marketer with a proven track record of success Strong project and people management skills Leadership and influencing An outgoing personality and ability to integrate positively with a dynamic team Creative mindset Attention to detail Culturally aware Passion for footwear, retail and lifestyle brands Proficiency with developing 360 marketing campaigns Excellent presentation skills Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Budget management proficiency Cultural awareness and understanding of the region and the consumer with special focus on the India market Organisational skills Capability of working with distributors to create a positive and successful relationship English fluency spoken and written is essential Proven track record working with hosts brands and distribution partners
