About the Head of Trade Marketing: As the Head of Trade Marketing, you will use lead the customer marketing and trade marketing strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all brand categories. The salary offered is competitive with bonus. Key Responsibilities: · Working closely with Sales Senior Executives to identify joint learning objectives and plans, that drives towards actionable insights that impact TH Foods business across the channels · Leading the customer marketing and trade marketing strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all brand categories by increasing the demand by focusing on commercial fundamentals, such as distribution, display, promotion and price · Being a Strategic Thought Partner, driving insights to action through deep analytics of the category, macro-trends, competitive landscape, 4Ps, and shopper trends · Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase the presence and ultimate take-away by ensuring market strategy is aligned with brand strategy · Highly developed marketing acumen and capability in 4P solutions development to drive the business to achieve break-through results · Accountable for developing the customer/channel research plan, align with Shopper Insights and developing key insights/learning from the research To succeed in the Head of Trade Marketing, you will need to have an ability to work effectively and co-operative with other managers. Key Requirements: · Minimum in-depth experience 10 years working in FMCG, ideally with sales and consumer/customer research · Strong leadership skills: the ability to influence customer and internal leadership to deliver goals and objectives · Strong analytical skills: the ability to link strategies and objectives to develop an action plan · Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate complex data in a clear storyline to all levels of the organisation · Fluent in both English and Thai language
