Facility Operations Manager

Job Description : FM Operations Manager required - Oman looking for an Operations Manager having complete IFM experience handling multiple contracts. Should have experience managing Facilities Managers / Facilities Supervisors and overseeing minimum 300 manpower or more. Full understanding of Hard & Soft service is required and should hold an engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical. Minimum 15 years experience out of which minimum 5-6 years should be as Operations Manager for the AMC contracts. CAFM software experience would an advantage.
