Job Description : HSE Manager – ALGERIA B E in BE with regular college study / BTech in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Fire/ Safety/ Petroleum/ Electrical/ Civil Preferred NEBOSH Diploma or IGC or equivalent, Lead auditor certification for ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 will be an added advantage Experience :- 12-18 Years of experience in Oil & Gas field. EPC, Oil & Gas operation or Commissioning, International experience required. Implementation of HSE Management System, Establish, implement and monitor HSE MS / HSE Plan/ procedures for meeting Health, Safety and Environment standards throughout the lifecycle of the EPCC project, Competency in PTW System/Safe system of working. Possess required training certification & implementation of project training matrix. Capability to fully prepare project team to deal with all type of emergencies at work. Awareness on Engineering HSE studies for projects Coordinating HSE engineering studies and HSE requirements during procurement phase. Ensure need based HSE trainings/BBS Programs/Campaigns for employees. Ensuring sub-contractors HSE Management. Conduct project HSE Committee meetings
