Job Description : International BPM business” with 25+ years experience Designation – President/Sr Vice Sal – 40 Lac + (negotiable) Location of Expertise and Market – US & Europe Location: Thane/Navi Mumbai Experience: Candidate must have Entrepreneurial mindset to set up and manage International BPM business for EOS. Must have 15+ Years of Overall Experience in International BPM industry, with more than 8 Years of experience at a Sr Management role in Business Development and Client Relationship Management. Besides BPM, candidate should have hands on experience in selling new age Digital Products & Services in the International Market. It is important to have Good Channel Connect in prospect market with a potentially strong business pipeline in USA or Europe market (as per the area of expertise) for quicker results. Must have experience in end to end business management and P&L management for the organization or the assignment handled. Education: MBA/Post-graduation from a reputed college/university is mandatory for application. Professionals with additional certifications in business management and digital sales will be given preference. Roadmap of association: Candidate should have a clear business plan to share with EOS management, along with timelines and the support required to achieve that plan.
