Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER NIGERIA FOR RICE MILL Leading Group having multiple businesses in Agro processing and agro commodities across 6 African countries. This position is for their Rice Mill at Nigeria Job Profile: · Manage complete production of the Rice Mill ensuring the right deployment of manpower and machines · Managing and training a team of Foreman and Operators to ensure seamless operations across all the sections of the factory · Preparing overall production plan which includes managing various process activities and manpower management; preparing production targets and achievements are set as per the dispatch schedule · Ensuring monitoring of shop floor activities to ensure smooth flow of quality measures, production and sustain safety atmosphere in the organization · Closely Monitoring of Productivity, Yield, Recovery, Wastages etc on Daily Basis. · Optimizing the process by eliminating different wastages and inconsistencies from the process · Driving all the TPM activities in the factory; organizing Autonomous maintenance, Preventive Maintenance for all the equipment on shop floor. · Identifying the opportunities for technical improvement and providing technical direction to the team. · Spearhead complete operations for milling machine, dryers & boiler Desired Profile: · 10+ years of production experience in Rice Mill sector · Must have good knowledge of milling plant, parboiling & dryer, boiler machinery · Must be conversant with maintenance and quality · Good command over Hindi and English Compensation: Net savings around $1500 + Accommodation + Food + Airfare + All Expat Benefits
