Job Description : CFO INDIA Location: Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgadh (CG) Work experience: 25 yrs Salary & Benefits will completely depend on Qualification & Experience and will vary between INR 45 to 60 Lcas Educational Qualifications: #CA OR ICWA/CMA (Advantage if CS OR LLB) Candidate will manage F&A for all 6 verticals (Poultry, Dairy, Pet Food, Edible oil, Solvents, Hospitality) MUST: should be from Manufacturing / Engg companies NoNo: do not want profiles from IT/ITES/BFSI or any service industry (for eg. courier) or large scale trading org Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Management Controllership of entire group (All 6 verticals) Takes active part in decision making for issues like diversification. expansion or M&A Working Capital Management Business Valuation Due Diligence FINANCIAL Analysis & Planning & Reporting (AOP, Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS) It will be an advantage if person has exposure to IPO, SEBI related issues Investor Relations, Banking, Funds raising Restructuring & Financial Modelling #Treasury Management Internal Audit, Dealing with external auditors Direct & Indirect #Taxation Transfer Pricing Fx Risk Management MIS & Variance Analysis & Costing (product, Inventory
