Sales Manager

Job Description : SALES MANAGER DUBAI Cosmetics Distribution Company based in Dubai is looking to hire Sales Manager, with knowledge and experience in the cosmetics sector in both offline and online channels o Candidate will be responsible for the implementation of the sales and distribution strategy in the GCC region. o Achieve the sales departments o Develop trusting relationships with distributors and ecom partners and key customers in the region, including the regional management of national retail chains. o Perform monthly monitoring of the sales in/out for the major regional accounts o Drive the performance of activities, merchandising and sales training in his/her region. o Be responsible for the successful delivery of services and the monitoring of their regional performance through the provider’s management. o Manage and arbitrate regional budgets, as well as motivational resources and return on investment. o Research and bring new key customers/business accounts. o Ensure achievement of sales target – o Develop strong relationships and manage major clients. o Implement strong use of the marketing calendar by store to ensure key objectives are met. o Women with experience in Ecommerce Sales will be preferred.
