Job Description : COO DRC 15-20 years experience The Chief Commercial Officer will develop, implement and execute commercial strategies designed to grow the business and contribute to strategic goals, whilst working with the various teams to expand market position by understanding our market place, identifying strategic growth opportunities and devising plans to exploit these. • Previous experience of leading commercial strategy/business development within financial services and, specifically, general insurance is essential. • Self-motivated leader with high energy and empathy and strength in building quality relationships and working collaboratively with all levels of management and cross-functional teams. • Leads proposition developments initiatives to deliver new and enhance existing solutions for both existing and new partners and customers. • Leads the development of commercial growth strategies based on market opportunities and trends. • Analyses and understands our key existing and potential markets, customers’ needs and competitive landscape. • Develops and hones pricing strategies based on market and competitive knowledge. • Oversees the development and maintenance of partnerships and client relationships. • Works closely with Marketing leadership to create and develop a framework of effective positioning.
