Job Description : FACTORY MANAGER NIGERIA FOR HYGIENE PRODUCTS into manufacturing of baby diapers and sanitary pads based at West Africa. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise production planning, instrument manufacturing, purchasing, and shipping departments. 2. Lead and motivate all subordinates to fulfill schedules, improve control costs and quality. 3. Train, coach and supervise employees to attain optimum performance considering every employee. 4. Ensure to promote atmosphere allowing them to use best of their skills. 5. Employ, interview, monitor and conduct disciplinary methods for all subordinates. 6. Perform with teams and supply chain management to ensure stable stream of inventory without any excess. 7. Conduct routine audits of equipment and schedules. 8. Design prepares and record test and manufacturing methods to ensure high quality and efficiency. 9. Comply with entire Q/A manual to assure shipping of exclusive high-quality products. 10. Involve in development plus administration of rewards program apt for high achievers. 11. Maintain feasible schedules of entire product teams and expedite material as needed. 12. Maintain and present training to subordinates on every manufacturing procedure, processes, and equipment. Qualification: B.E in Mechanicanl Engineering + MBA- Marketing (Preferred) Experience: 8+ years into managing factory operations for baby diapers and sanitary pads.
