Global Sourcing Manager

Job Description : GLOBAL SOURCING MANAGER SHANGAI, CHINA Definition and Execution of APAC Material Groups Strategy within global Sourcing Strategy. Key Responsibilities: · In coordination with global team, implement component sourcing strategies and drive supplier qualifications. · Process Owner/ Roll Out Standard Sourcing processes in APAC · Creation of Savings Monitoring & Reporting in close cooperation · Sustainable optimization of sourcing cost and continuous creation of saving potentials · Negotiation and Contracting of Key Suppliers acros s plants/sites · Close cooperation with sites local purchasing departments · Management of Key Suppliers Portfolio for APAC · Project Coordination and support of all sourcing related activities for all APAC national and international sites and suppliers Key Requirements: · 15+ years experience in relative industry , in a senior level strategic sourcing role · Familiar with Ex products, junction box, machining, mold processing, electric · components, with certain understanding of potential supplier resource is preferred · Hands on procurement experience i n Asia Pacific · Strategic thinker, leader and problem solver · Be an excellent communicator , fluent English and Mandarin
