Their key projects are international hotels and resorts and well as in country city and land developments across Asia, Africa and Qatar. Our client’s project is a mega smart city covering a total area of 38 sq. kms and home to 200,000 residents living on one of the four exclusive manmade islands or in one of the mixed multi-purpose residential areas. Our client now seeks to recruit a Manager of Valued Added Services responsible for the value maximisation strategy for a smart city including assets under management comprising District Cooling, Gas Networks, Smart Metering and HVAC systems.
