Job Description : SALES HEAD NIGERIA FOR UREA Roles and Responsibilities Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for: · The entire Urea Production activities. · Looking after Plant Operation, Maintenance, Safety & Quality control in lead role. · Performing key role in further increasing plant capacity, improving upon energy efficiency & manage plant personnel belonging to various disciplines. · Managing overall operations of Urea plant. · Managing and leading teams for running successful process operations and experience of developing procedures, service standards for the excellence of the organization · Measuring, monitoring, controlling & reporting key financial parameters & cost-saving measures on month to month basis Desired Candidate Profile · B.E / BTech in Chemical Engg · Experience: 16-18 years of experience and should be well versed with the latest technology (TOYO). · Should have 8+ Years on continuous process Urea chemical projects & as a lead engineer. · 5-8 years in operations of medium-large fertilizer/petrochemical plants. Competencies Required: - Should have Strong chemical engineering fundamentals and good expertise in quantification through calculations. - Should have demonstrated an excellent track record in the past roles. - Good communicator: good written and verbal communication skills
