Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER UAE Company Name Al Ali Construction and Development LLC Qualification Masters Degree | ACCA | CPA | ICAEW | CFA Experience 9 – 12 years of Relevant Experience Required Monthly Salary 25,000 AED – 30,000 AED Location Ras Al Khaimah Job Duties and Responsibilities: o The candidate must be fluent in English. o Immediately available to join the job. o Chart of Accounts reviews to ensure business and reporting requirements are maintained current and relevant. o Standardization of accounting schedules and implement quality review process. o Development of IFRS accounting policies and procedures and ensure compliance o Continuous improvement of GL review process for the early warning signal o Monthly reviews of General Ledger /trend analysis, process improvement, streamline process across companies. o Providing analysis and reports related to open line items in the General ledger and taking required action to clear. o Providing support in yearly stock audits and yearly closing of books. o Reconciliation of GL Accounts, preparing ‘action triggering schedules, and taking timely action to resolve any issues. o Establish a clear timeline and ownership o Preparing the checklist and ensuring the compliance o Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely response, documentation, and information o Ensure the smooth completion of Annual/Semi-Annual Audit o Ensure Corporate tax, WH tax compliance where applicable. o Discuss and facilitate the External Audit; Review and discuss the Audit Recommendations and Ensure implementation o Lead and guide the smooth completion of Annual/Semi-Annual Audit and Ensure the Tax and Legal Compliance o The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
