Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER QATAR Over 20 years of presence in the region, they are now expanding their operations with the right investments. Job Description Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, this person will be responsible for; · End to end distributor management- Setting the strategy, short and long term JBPs, training and development · RTM development- Enhance RTM strategies and look at new area of expanding the portfolio into · Monthly interactions with other CMs to align on regional strategy and share insights on opportunities in the market · P&L management · Maintain relationships with key accounts and build new accounts outside of Modern Trade The Successful Applicant To apply for the role, it is necessary to have the following experience; · 3-5 years of distributor management experience based in Qatar / 5-7 years of commercial experienced based within a Tier 1 distributor in Qatar · 15 years of FMCG Commercial/Business development/Trade marketing experience
