Broad Responsibilities: • Develop & Implement HR Strategies & Initiatives Aligned With the Overall Business Strategy. • Support Current & Future Business Needs Motivation & Preservation of Human Capital. • Coach Managers & leaders on People Related Productivity & Engagement. • Proactively Manage & Maintain Harmonious Appropriate Strategies & Actions. through the Development, Engagement, issues with Aim towards Boosting Overall industrial Relations, Advise & implement • Responsible for Culture & Organization Transformation through Process & People. • Lead Projects on Technology & Automation Initiatives Across the Organization. • Develop & Monitor Overall HR Systems & Process Across the Organization. Qualifications & Exp.: • Full time PGDM/MBA degree from a Tier 1 College /University is a Must with an Exp. of About 20 years Preferably a female from a Manufacturing Based Pharmaceutical Organisation.
