Job Description : AVP HR & IR (Multiple Plants) with MNC manufacturing company. Location: Gurgaon Experience: 15- 22 years (Max) CTC upto: 80 Lacs Responsibilities He would be Responsible for Managing IR of Multiple (7) Manufacturing Units. The Broad Areas Includes: System & Processes, Industrial Relation, Employee Welfare, Statutory Compliances, Union, Contract Labour Management & General Administration Would be Responsible to lead - Plant IR And Ensure Execution Excellence. He Would Drive Initiatives on Productivity & Performance, Cost Optimisation Education Qualification & Experience PGDM/MBA or MSW with Proven Experience of handling plant IR with 15- 22 years from Strong MNC Manufacturing Background Preferably Managing Multiple Plants Pan India. Experience in Strategic Planning & Implementation in any Process Driven Progressive Organisation.
