Job Description : Project Controls Director – Multi Billion Dollar Programme Saudi Arabia SAR 100K plus full expat benefits (depending on experience) A client side position has opened for a Director of Project Controls who has mega programme capability to be based within the GCC. Our client requires a candidate with a minimum 20 years’ mix use experience covering build & infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the planning, estimating, cost control, risk management and document control services and for providing information to allow proactive and accurate reporting for the project.
