Job Description : REFACTORY HEAD, NIGERIA Responsible for the P&L of refractory unit. To prepare production plan for refractory products like brick, castable mortar, Nalli Top etc. To manage the production of Silica Ramming Mass and Tundish board for application in steel production units. To manage the maintenance activities for all equipment in the plant. Planning and management of resources to meet production schedules. Refractory application Quality Control & Quality assurance, Establishing QAP and get it approved from the client. Manage the issues and requirements of vendor and suppliers engaged with the unit. Responsible for commercial operations of the unit. Responsible for refractory sales and successful closure of orders. Required Candidate profile Qualification- Minimum ceramic engineer with 20yrs experience in manufacturing of refractory products.
