Job Description : WOVEN TEXTILE MILL UNIT HEAD BANGLADESH.. Exp : Min 15 Years Qualification : Must be a graduate in textiles technology or have extensive management experience in a reputable Textile Mill Candidate Requirements: Education Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Textile Engineering. Experience: The candidate should have 15+ years of work experience in processing, printing and weaving, utilities, and strong administrative background. Roles and Responsibilities: · Candidates should be responsible for overall plant operations. · Candidates are responsible for the production and planning of the plant. · Candidates have strong experience in weaving, warping, sizing, combing, dyeing, processing, printing, and finishing. · The candidate has good knowledge of machine maintenance. · Candidates are responsible for the quality of the products as per required quality standards. · Candidates must have rich experience in the processing · Candidates have strong administrative capabilities to get and achieve the targets. Desired Candidate Profile · Rich experience in Processing of 100% cotton Woven Fabric, Cotton/Spandex, Cotton/Lycra, Cotton Polyester fabric. Experience in Woven Fabric Weaving Mill and Printing is a plus. · Candidates have good interpersonal and communication skills. · Candidates have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. · Experience in Bangladesh is a plus
