Job Description : PROCUREMENT MANAGER DUBAI FOR ASIAN MARKET You will play a key role in organization’s Procurement & Contract Management organisation to have the necessary Internal Customers demand or Business requirements are met with inline to the Procurement policy, Contract Management, PO Processing and be responsive to its Clients, and to act with speed and agility. Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies Lead execution to source lighting solutions covering various types of fixtures (indoor, outdoor, standard and retrofits), light sources (tubes, LED strips, etc.) and other electronics (Cables, wires, cable accessories, earthing &lightning protection system, switchgear etc.) Establish supplier evaluation, qualification, selection, negotiation, supplier audits, relationship management, and continuous improvement Negotiate pricing, purchasing agreements, terms and conditions with a clear understanding of their business impact Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure proper expectations are set and met Source solutions that support our global customer base to provide the best overall solution and supply chain strategy Develop and maintain strong global supplier relationships Organise and lead quarterly inter-departmental business reviews Requirements - Min 8yrs work experience in Import/Export/Trading - Should have good exposure to Asian Market - China, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan - Should be well versed in vendor management - Experience and knowledge of Trade Laws
