General Manager

Job Description : GM RETAIL SINGAPORE a Global Retail Brand with solid retail footprint and omni channel presence in Singapore. They are hiring an authentic people leader as their General Manager, Singapore who will provide leadership support and guidance to the local team. You will be the ambassador of the brand values and set strategic goals plus drive operations and performance resulting in market share and profitability. Leading an outstanding corporate and fontline team, you will develop and implement an aligned country business strategy and be accountable for delivery of sales and profit targets. You will advance the store footprints while keeping high standards and ensuring excellent customer service with the global design roll outs. You will partner the global digital organization to grow the ecommerce business with customer acquisition, retention and loyalty plans. With the category team, you will also drive sales and margin growth through establishing the commercial framework. You are degree qualified with at least 15 years’ experience in the recent past be in a General Management capacity with a Retail brand. Strong experience working cross functionally with senior management team to drive business strategy. Past successes in change management, articulating and growing brands + brand equity and developing people. Exposure in eCommerce business is critical.
