Job Description : Business Head || FMCG || Delhi NCR CTC 1CR+ Candidate profile : - Experience in FMCG Company which has mass presence in India - North Indian will be preferred or anyone with reason to relocate to NCR will also do. - Should be open for 6 days working Job Profile : 1. Plan, Formulate and Develop short term and long term business strategies 2. Develop annual business plans, Operating plans and Budgets to support the Strategic guidelines 3. Provide leadership and operational directives to all functions/departments 4. Coach, motivate and guide team in achieving performance targets. 5. Help build the Positive Brand identity of the company. 6. Achievement of revenue and profitability targets ## This is as per the verbal discussion with HR.
