Job Description : Chief Financial Officer Location: Abuja Sector: Energy Job Summary The Jobholder is a Senior Executive, responsible for managing the finance of the group, which involves analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions. He /She plans and takes significant decisions relating to investment, financial strategies, managing finance activities which includes budgeting, forecasting expenses, mitigating financial risks for sustainable growth with overall supervision of finance and accounts team. Education · MBA or MSc in Finance or related field · Professional Accounting certification including minimum of CFA (Investment grade certification) preferred, ICAN ACCA Experience · Minimum 10 years in a senior financial managerial position (5 years of which must be as CFO or Finance Director of energy and or power company with diversified investment portfolios across multiple territories in and out of Africa). Experience in the Energy (Oil & Gas) and power sector is therefore essential.
