Job Description : OPERATIONS DIRECTOR DUBAI FOR SUPPLY CHAIN A leading company in UAE is looking to hire an Operations Director (Supply Chain) based in Dubai. Responsibilities: · Define Supply Chain strategy (Retail and E-Commerce) · Manage replenishment strategy · Manage ongoing improvement projects (logistics, warehouse) · Manage a team of 10-15 people Requirements: · Must have at least 8-10 years of experience in Operations in Supply Chain (complex environment) · Experience in Retail, FMCG or Pharmaceutical is required · Experience in working on Projects · Strong operational skills in planning, compliance and logistics · A good understanding of SAP is a plus · Possess a natural Leadership in order to lead and coach the team
