Maintenance Head

Job Description : MAINTENANCE HEAD PAPUA NEW GUINEA One of PNG’s largest manufacturers and requires the services of a Maintenance Supervisor either Diploma or Degree in similar qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Manufacturing processes. This position will provide maintenance services, facility supervision, compliance and implement solutions to ensure safe and environmentally sound operation and maintenance. About You With Diploma or Degree in similar qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Manufacturing processes: Demonstrated project management skills Particular emphasis on ensuring that the Company’s production facilities are able to operate with minimum machine downtime and disruption. Ability to identify and implement improvements and upgrades Demonstrated experience in maintenance management and asset strategy development Thorough fault finding and investigation techniques Knowledge of quality assurance, environmental management and risk management Project work including budgeting, design, and installation and commissioning work associated with the installation of plant and machinery. HVAC experience essential The incumbent would be based in PNG .
