Job Description : GROUP HR MANAGER UAE locally owned group of companies in transportation, retail FMCG and Services. The Group HR Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing organization wide HR initiatives and strategies that support talent acquisition and management, employee engagement, and organization effectiveness. Responsibilities: · Provide strategic leadership for the HR functions · Provide expert advice to enable and support Leadership in all areas of Talent Management, Organization Development, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, HR Best Practices to drive organization changeo Develop and ensures the implementation of strategies for sourcing, hiring, and retaining high-caliber talent, using internal and external resources. · Develop and ensures the implementation of strategies for sourcing, hiring, and retaining high-caliber talent, using internal and external resources. · Analyze staffing levels and assesses manpower readiness against organizational needs to make informed decisions regarding human resource allocation across the organization. · Develop and induct appropriate interview and selection techniques that best demonstrate a candidate’s technical skills, organizational fit, and competency alignment · Ensure that all members of the HR department take accountability for managing employee relations issues at the level appropriate to their experience and provide advice and support in handling employee relations issues · Maintain a thorough understanding of HR law, in particular, relating to contracts, terms, and conditions, discrimination, fair dismissal, grievances, etc. Equality and diversity · Develop strategies to determine the effectiveness of the organization’s performance through the Performance Management System · Provide Performance Appraisal Report to Leadership with identification of top and bottom performers and action plan thereof. · Design organizational compensation and benefits strategies and plans that align with the organization’s mission, vision, and values · Implementation of comprehensive human resources information management systems that integrate with enterprise systems to provide efficient and effective reporting and metrics as well as HR services. · Create long-term learning and development strategies to develop organizational talent. · Develop and ensures the implementation of talent management strategies · Oversee the day to day HR Operations and provide guidance and support to the team in running HR operations seamlessly. Key Competencies: · Excellent communication skills · Assessing and Managing Risk · Planning and Organizing · Innovative and Continous Improvement · Buildign a collaborative relationship Qualifications: · Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or any relevant education; MBA is preferred · With 10 years of experience in Human Resources in the UAE; out of which 3 years of management experience · Strong understanding of evaluating and implementing HR Policies & Procedures and UAE Labor Law · Proficient in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
