Job Description : Contract Specialist INDIA Job Location- Allahabad (UP) Experience required – 20 + years Requirements · Should be a qualified Contract Specialist with qualification and experience in the field of Contract Management, Law, MIS, etc. Engineering graduate with 25 + years relevant experience in procurement/contract management · Experience of Preparation of bid document and contract condition for EPC turnkey contract, design & build lump sum contract, should be well conversant in arbitration and reconciliation process . Should have at least 10 years of National/international experience as a Contract Specialist in Rail Road/Bridge/Expressway Projects. · Should have handled management of a large Railway/Highway/Infrastructure Contract over Rs. 100 Crores · Should have also handled arbitration cases in respect of any project involving Railway/Highway Projects
