Budgeting and Planning 1. Coordinate the budgeting for entire company and overall planning for the production process including long term strategic plans and annual operating plan for various divisions and corporate functions 2. Allocate capital among different business functions. Management Reporting 1. Ensure consistent management reporting formats and financial performance criteria across all functions. Compliance, Audit and Tax 1. Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements 2. Plan and ensure that periodic (eg. Annual, quarterly) internal audits People Management 1. Lead the Company 2.
