Job Description : FACTORY MANAGER (EXPATRIATE) for a Food Manufacturing Company AGBARA OGUN STATE NIGERIA Job Scope: • Overall control of manufacturing processes and production • Planning, organising, and controlling production schedules • Efficient management of resources required for the operation • Accurate production planning in line with sales projections • Ensure all quality/specification standards are met • Target minimum downtime through effective maintenance • Expense control — labour, overtime, wastage, energy • Effective production budgeting to meet product cost targets • Inventory Management, Material Balance and Security of the premises • Maintain sufficient spares (electrical, mechanical, instrumental etc.) • Management of Health and Safety scorecard Education and Experience: • Bachelor degree from a reputable university • Min 10 years' experience in production management • Technical Mastery, Knowledge and Experience in GMP, FSMS, GHK
