Job Description : Talent Acquisition and Performance Management functions for Etoile Group and StarME. UAE This candidate must be able to multitask, work under pressure with minimal supervision and have the ability to influence and communicate on all levels. The role is responsible for leading the recruitment to fill all requisitions in a timely manner with high caliber talents, as well as managing the delivery of the Performance Management cycle. The candidate must be able to select and build strong relationships with external vendors and monitor service output in relation to the project. The role will be supporting other duties such as Employee Relation tasks and Employee Engagement projects when required.
