Job Description : GM FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS TANZANIA 10+ years experience · General supervision, managing, training and receiving report from admire oil management · Supervising and managing of admire oil staff · Supervising, managing, auditing and controlling admire affiliate companies in other countries · Coordinating with external auditors and preparation of books of accounts and financial position · Internal auditing of books weekly or monthly · Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets and expenses · Ensuring the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations including statutory accounting and tax issues · Managing and coordinating monthly reporting and forecast processes · Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk. · Make a proper system for the organization and advice on general · Coordinate with banks on loan contracts · Overall management of staff performance and modified working system · General development and management of ongoing projects and upcoming strategies and implementation Desired Candidate Profile MBA in Accounts/Finance. Excellent in Tally and sap software. Experience in OIL AND GAS industry
