Job Description : VP AFRICAN REGION FOR BRANDED GENERICS · Opportunity to lead the Branded Generics Division for Africa · Opportunity to Lead the entire Africa Business fro a major Indian Pharma company About Our Client · Client is one of the largest Indian Generic Pharma companies dealing with APIs, generics, biosimilars, custom pharmaceutical services, and branded generics Job Description · Manage the responsibilities across Sales, marketing and portfolio management functions · Lead a team of 47 members, across Country Managers, Medical Reps & Product Managers based in Africa region · Manage the P&L for the African Branded Generics for entire Africa Region · Lead the business for 18 countries in Africa, dealing with the Branded Generics business, current portfolio size of $6.5Mn-$7Mn The Successful Applicant · Ideal candidate should have experience of handling a P&L for a Pharma company · Minimum 12-15 years of experience · Experience in International Business in Pharma, preferably handling Africa Region · Experience in handling branded generics
