15 yearsJob Description : Head - Business Development - Agrochemicals/ Speciality Chemicals Responsibilities: • To Identify New Business Opportunities, Develop Strategic & Sustainable Business Relationships with Potential Customers in Accordance with the Business Strategy & Plans. • Act as an interface between internal functions & Key Accounts/Potential Customers through Continual engagement. New Business Development • Conduct Market Survey to identify Potential Business Opportunities in existing/New Geographies with opportunities in Any New/Related Products. • Understand the Target Markets & Strategies . • Undertake Business Initiatives, Research, Industry Scenario, Key Drivers of Business Segment, Identifying Potential Clients/Customers. • Identify & Assimilate Policy Related Decisions by Government in Target/Potential Geographies which Impact the Company's Business. • Interface with Marketing and Product Development Teams to Develop New Products & Align existing Products with Client Requirements. Client Relations I Retention • M.Sc. or B.E. (Chemical) + MBA-Marketing with 15-18 years of Exp Experience in Agrochemicals Organisations. • Knowledge of Key Account Management with Domestic and Foreign Players. • Exposure to Business Planning, Business Intelligence Databases, Financial Aspects.
