Job Description : Head - Global Business Development – Pharma (Speciality Chemical Business) Key Responsibilities: • Identification of New Products for the Business for Commercialization. • Delivery to Customers, Related to New Products/ Processes Development. • Development of New Customers to Drive Business Growth in Global Markets. • Achieve Budgeted Sales & Profitability. • Customer Satisfaction for Products & Services. • Statutory Compliances. Qualifications & Exp.: • B.E Chemical /M.Sc ./Ph.D (Organic Chemistry) with MBA /PGDM with 15-18 years of Experience Business Development & Marketing of Speciality/Pharma Chemicals to European US Organisations. • Should Possess a good understanding of these Markets. • The Incumbent Should have Strong Relationships with Global Pharma Organisations. • Customer Focus, Entrepreneurial & Commercial Orientation, Strategic Orientation, Leadership, Achievement Orientation & Drive for Results. • Planning & Aligning Change, Creativity & Innovation, Persuasive Communication, Analysis & Decision-Making.
