Job Description : NSM NIGERIA FOR WHITE GOODS AND CONSUMER DURABLES Job Title: National Sales Manager - WG & HA Reports to: SBU Head Job Location: Based in Lagos, Responsible for Nigeria Job Evaluation: Grow the existing wholesale arm of the companys White Goods and Home appliances division. Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers Develop and implement sales strategies that enable the company to achieve its corporate objectives Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the companys maximum sales potential is realized Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position Develop all necessary procedures and processes to ensure that the sales force operates efficiently and effectively and achieves all sales objectives Monitor the performance of sales staff and take remedial action where necessary to ensure that sales targets are met Key Performance Indicators: Achievement of set financial sales and revenue targets Manager distributor(s) and business partners to deliver on revenue targets Product availability Percentage/number of product feature released Quality/accuracy/availability of documentation Key Attributes: 15-18 years of minimum experience in sales. Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook. Excellent communication & negotiation skills Excellent communication and presentation skills; Highly-organized, proactive, a self-starter, resilient and able to perform under pressure Track record of delivery, goal-oriented along with the ability to set clear priorities and meet deadlines. Should have excellent team management skills.
