Job Description : Facility Manager Location, Doha, Qatar Candidates available locally with transferable visas will be preferred. Qualifications & Skills; Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Proven prior experience as a facilities manager. Capable of independently establish and operate FM division supporting various Construction / Real Estate industries. Experience in planning maintenance operations, Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc. Working knowledge of facilities, machines, and equipment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership abilities. Proficient in MS Office.
