Job Description : GM MARKETING PHILIPPINES Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market Develop and implement e-commerce strategy in order to improve website performance Create and maintain an online business plan Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media Assess departmental and company performance and devise plans for improvement Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business Prepare business plan on business design, structure, process and operating plan Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share Provide leadership at all levels of the organization Problem-solving skills are crucial to analyzing past and current performance and recommending objectives to improve productivity and profitability Exceptional communication and presentation skills Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Strategic Thinking, Good Leadership, Strong Analytical Skills Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in business or related field At least 4-6 years of Experience in Trading and E-commerce industry is required for this position Preferably General Manager / Marketing Manager specializing in E-commerce or equivalent Through knowledge in English is essential knowledge in Nutrition / Food Supplements, Hardware and Sporting Items is added advantage
