Job Description : HR/Recruitment Manager - Holding company, Qatar QAR 60,000 Plus family benefits 15 Years plus experience Managing a team of HR Staff Responsible for the recruitment vacancies Involved in different HR/recruitment projects Advice Hiring Managers regarding general HR topics, processes and compliance issues, based on local regulations. Managing Hiring Managers expectation Work closely with Hiring Manager to capture accurate vacancy info. Design and implement a recruitment strategy plan Write job adverts using People soft and Oracle Full recruitment cycle: Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Interviewing (Telephonic and f2f), Testing, Reference checking, Negotiating, preparing and extending offer letter and onboarding Facilitating new joiners Induction Monitors trends on the job market and analyses the recruitment data available Keeps track of manpower plans and acts proactively to adhere to plans Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally and coordinates with recruitment channels Prepares periodic recruitment reports to inform management of progress update and further instructions Taking care of end to end administration
