Leading commercial strategy for utilities and manage all feasibility studies and initiatives for all new utility products. Key Responsibilities • Participate in the annual sales & budget planning cycles for Land, Utility and Technical Support and new formation of Utility company • Participate in the development and implementation of cluster specific sales strategies and plans related to UTS and utility company • Ensure that all Sales processes are carried out in accordance with the company’s standing policies and guidelines • Follow up on the day to day activities related to Utility product and new initiatives in coordination with industrial zones commercial and customer service departments to achieve synergy and continuity in customer support throughout the project development cycle; • Provide information, as required, on the performance of the Sales and Customer Service functions within the Commercial Department; • Support Head of UTS in leading the development, approval and delivery of the Sales and Customer Service functions KPIs and targets and SLAs with other business units • Dealing with complaints and relations with tenants • Support Head of UTS in preparing, reviewing and approving the periodical Sales and Customer Service functions report • Support Head of UTS in Implementing a continuous improvement process based on performance analysis, customer feedback, international best practice and benchmarking competitor activity including process automation; • Negotiate & Conclude Utility Agreements • Manage of the entire sales process • Lead Commercial strategy of Utility company • Manage utility initiatives feasibility studies and market studies • Effectively interact with other departments and stakeholders including ETS, Finance, Customer Service and Public Affairs • Liaise with marketing for market research / business intelligence activities • Sales forecast and revenue projections • Participate in developing and adhering to the department’s budget • Provide feedback on and ensure the efficient use of the CRM System • Other activities as instructed by Head of UTS
